Chris has earned a reputation of trustworthiness and success. Throughout Chris’s 14-year career he has founded, operated, and managed several successful industrial service companies. Chris specializes in manufacturing operations and finance, giving him a unique and valuable perspective as General partner. His personal CRE investment portfolio has been built from the ground up for the last decade and includes numerous real estate construction, development, and acquisition projects. Chris’s experience as an industrial owner-operator and real estate investor provides priceless vision and strategy to our team. He is focused on providing value through innovation, integrity, and transparency.

Chris is a servant-leader with a passion for helping people. He thoroughly enjoys meeting successful people, learning about them, and teaching them to invest in real estate. He is a father of 3 and when he is not working or involved in youth sports; you will find him traveling, weightlifting, boxing or ripping around a track on a sport bike or supercar.
